Getting chilly in Bluff Park
This past weekend was absolutely gorgeous! Today was beautiful too, with the temperature in the upper-80′s. But, um, have you checked the forecast for tomorrow? Brrrrrrrrrr.
Lights on the Bluff
Tis the season to be busy! No doubt your holiday calendars are as filled as ours, but I wanted to mention one upcoming event that we always enjoy. The Bluff Park Baptist Church is having its annual Lights on the Bluff event this Saturday, December 11th 5p-7:30p.
Basically, it’s a giant hayride around a couple of Bluff Park neighborhoods! It’s pretty cool, er, I mean pretty cold, but well worth the couple of hours. There are free eats and drinks, of course. And lots of people waiting to cruise around taking in some of the decorated homes in the area. What else is going on this Advent Season that’s worth attending. Remember, we’re the newbies in Bluff Park and can always use a heads-up. Happy Holidays!
