Taste of the South is my favorite food magazine.  It just happens to be published right here in Birmingham.  I was so excited to see that one of my favorite food bloggers/cookbook authors, Christy Jordan (who also just happens to be right here in Alabama), is now a contributing editor for Taste of the South.  Starting in September, she’ll have her own column and complete dinner menu of exclusive recipes in each issue!
