Rudolph Radar

December23

I recently read that the airspace over the US has never been as secure as it is right now. It’s this fact that has the folks at the North Pole on their toes making sure all flight plans are in order.

The smart folks at NORAD have set up a fancy site so you can follow Santa’s flight around the country on Christmas Eve.

Let’s just hope NORAD has upgraded their computers from this giant brick that was delievered in 1956 by IBM. It contained the first harddrive, storing a whopping 5mb of memory, in it’s one ton refrigerator-size case.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I’m sorry Christmas is over–that was a cute picture on the banner! (Please try to keep the math to single digits)

Yeah, I think the banner looks kind of bare now. And the banners are fun to do. I wish I had time to keep them fresh. Maybe that should be my resolution…. hmmmm.
The server time is an hour ahead because the service I use is in the Eastern Time Zone. There is a way to fix it, but I haven’t taken the time yet.

Plus, I think it’s cool that all these posts are coming to you from the future.
