I watched the interview. There are several amazingingly stupid aspects of this lawsuit, but here’s the one that took the cake for me:
Since 1981, the U of A has been selling Moore’s un-licensed art, that they are now suing him for doing the same. As if that wasn’t tacit approval indicating to the artist that it was okay, aren’t their dumb-ass attorneys a little bit slow on the trigger? What happened to the statute of limitations on that one? Maybe they are intoxicated from all the money they have been drinking in.
